Al WARQA
Al Warqaa is an ever expanded community and is bordered to the north by Mirdif, the west by Nad Al Hammar and the south by Warsan. A community centre located in the heart of the neighbourhood is where most of the amenities are concentrated. Since it is close to Al Awir Road (E44) and Sheikh Mohammed Bin Zayed Road (E311), Al Warqaa 1 is the most popular sub-community. It has close access to most of the amenities, recreational area and schools.
Apartments in Al Warqaa are composed in mostly mid-rise buildings, which are arranged in narrow clusters. However, you find the streets to be well-spaced-out so there isn’t a lot of congestion. The streets offer room for more parking in case the underground parking bay runs out of space.
